What this site currently uses

Justfixemail itself does not set any cookies — no tracking, no advertising, and no analytics of our own. Every feature we built directly (the contact form, newsletter signup, review submissions, and the "was this helpful?" feedback widget on guide pages) sends your submission straight to the server without using a cookie or any browser-based tracking to do it. The one exception is the live chat widget described below, which is run by a separate company and sets its own cookies to work.

Live chat (Tawk.to)

The chat bubble available on every page is powered by Tawk.to, a third-party live chat provider — not Justfixemail itself. To keep a chat conversation connected as you move between pages and to recognize you if you return, Tawk.to sets its own cookies in your browser. We don't control what those cookies are named or exactly how long each one lasts — that's set by Tawk.to, not us — and we'd rather send you to their own documentation than guess: see Tawk.to's privacy policy for the full detail on what it collects. If you'd rather not have those cookies set, you can block cookies from the tawk.to domain in your browser's settings, or simply avoid opening the chat widget — this doesn't affect any other part of the site.

Strictly necessary cookies

None are set directly by Justfixemail. If a future feature (such as a login system) ever required a first-party session cookie for the site to function, it would be listed here by name, purpose, and how long it lasts.

Analytics and advertising

This site does not currently run Google Analytics, any other analytics service, or any advertising network. (Tawk.to, mentioned above, is a support/chat tool, not analytics or advertising — it's listed separately for that reason.) If that changes in the future, we will update this page first — before the change goes live — listing each script added, what it does, and how to opt out where that's possible, and we'll update the "Last updated" date above so it's clear something changed.

Managing cookies in your browser

Even with no cookies currently set by this site, your browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies from any site at any time through its settings — search "[your browser name] clear cookies" for exact steps if you'd like to check what's stored.
